They are dedicated to organic cultivation and grows Hiyori in their tea plantation. He says to making good, healthy soil for tea is really important for sustainable farming.

It is suitable for every day green tea with meals or morning tea and relaxing time. Also it is easy to prepare ice green Sencha from cold water.

6 g of leaves - 80 ℃(176F) cooled-down hot water - Steeping 40 seconds.

This specially grown deep steamed sencha is grown with organic fertilizers, without the use of any synthetic pesticides or chemical fertilizers.
‘Hiyori’ finished in autumn has a different, more subdued flavor than ‘shincha’ (freshly harvested tea) and can be used as an everyday tea that one never tires of drinking.
