FAQ

  • Please send us several photos of the inside of the teapot (the part where the tea strainer is attached) that you wish to replace by e-mail or through Sayamaen’s official LINE message. (Please inform us that you wish to replace the mesh of the teapot.)
  • We will check the photos to determine if the item can be replaced and reply to you. (Please note that there may be cases where replacement is not possible.)
  • If the teapot can be replaced, please ship the teapot to Sayamaen. (Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.)
  • We will send you a link to pay for the spare tea strainer + 500 yen repair fee + return shipping fee. (We also accept payment by bank transfer, etc.)
  • After payment is confirmed, the teapot will be sent back to you.
